Materials All cabinet knobs are indivudually hand cast using the lost wax casting method from molten bronze. Each pieces is prepared and hand finished by the artist.
Gem Options
Kelfer Studios offers a number of gem options to choose from including: lapis azuli, onyx, pink quartz, rock crystal, moonstone, sunstone, malachite, tiger's eye and quite a few others. Custom choices are welcome to create a unique design. Gems are 12mm in size in the 2 inch sea rose and pansy cabinet knobs and 6mm in the small sea rose and the 4 inch pull.
Finishes Kelfer Studios offers patinas over bronze in a light or dark hand rubbed rich brown finish. We will also plate over bonze with nickel, rhodium or 22k gold.
